Policies and Procedures

What to Bring

• Water will be available, but bringing your own is recommended.
• Chairs and a canopy for shade are encouraged.

Park Policies

• Dogs must be leashed at all times.
• Alcohol, cigarettes, and e-cigs are prohibited. No open or visible containers allowed.

Refund Policy

• Withdrawals before 5:00 PM, 2 days prior to the tournament, receive a full refund.
• After this time, refunds will be issued as credit for future entry or merch.
• No refunds once check-in has ended for your event.
• Any players who are banned from tournament entry are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

Weather Policy

• Play continues in light rain but pauses for thunderstorms.
• If the event is canceled due to severe weather and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
